Getting set up

1. Download the free Maccess Helper on your Mac from mymaccess.app and open it. 2. Open Maccess on your iPhone and sign in with Apple. 3. Tap to add a Mac and scan the QR code shown by Maccess Helper. For local control, keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi network. With Maccess Pro, you can also control your Mac from anywhere over our encrypted relay.

Connection problems

Make sure Maccess Helper is running on your Mac and both devices are on the same network. If your Mac doesn't appear, check that Local Network permission is enabled for Maccess in iOS Settings, and that your router allows devices to see each other (some guest networks block this).

Subscriptions & billing

Maccess Pro is billed through your Apple Account. You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
